Information you choose to send

If you email us, call us or send a CV, we receive the information you provide and use it to handle your enquiry or recruitment request. Please avoid sending passport copies, residence permits or other sensitive documents with an initial enquiry.

Online registration

The registration button opens our form on Google Forms. Information submitted there is handled through the form owner’s Google account and is subject to the form settings and Google’s privacy terms. You can also send your CV directly to info@flexstand.co. Contact us to ask about your application information or its retention.

This website

This static website does not include an application-upload system, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical connection information needed to serve and secure the website. Email and WhatsApp links open external services, whose privacy terms also apply.

You can contact info@flexstand.co to ask about the information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or obtain further information about its use and retention. Where records must be retained for legal or contractual reasons, we will explain the relevant limitations.
